SALE ITEM :
We do not currently offer returns on sale items. This means sale items cannot be exchanged, refunded or returned for a credit note.
Sale items are FINAL sale.
We do not offer refunds on change of mind but offer a credit note.
If there is an issue with the quality of your order we will gladly offer you an exchange or a credit note.
We do offer exchange for wrong sizes, contact us via email info@theruling.com.au to arrange a size swap.
We have a 14 day exchange policy from the date you receive your order. When requesting an exchange the item must be in stock.
Please contact info@theruling.com.au for any concerns regarding exchange or requesting a credit note.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for shipping the item back to us and we encourage them to use tracking on their order if making a return.
Shipping
All orders are processed Monday to Friday, and will be shipped within 2 business days.
Domestic
Australian orders will be sent via Aus Post or Aus Post Express depending on your choice.
International Post
All international orders will be sent via Australia Post.
Please be aware that our customers are responsible for import duties and taxes.
